Faith Youth

Our ministry exists to transform today’s youth into fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

To implement our vision, we:

• Look Up (and know Christ)
• Look In (and grow in Christ)
• Look Out (and share Christ)
• Go Forth (and live in Christ)

These four “activities” make up the core of what our ministry does.

Look Up (and know Christ) refers to our declaration that Jesus Christ is Lord and worthy of our Praise and Worship. Look Up activities include participation and leadership in worship services and activities that glorify God in a corporate setting.

Look In (and grow in Christ) is the development of each student into a Disciple of Christ through collective and individual Bible study.

Look Out (and share Christ) is the fellowship in God’s word with our friends, families, and community.

Finally to Go Forth (and live in Christ) is the spreading of His word through evangelism and demonstration of His love through our actions.

Student Ministry has core activities designed to provide consistent gathering times and an individual growth path for our students. The three weekly activities are designed to support each other, providing first a disciple development time on Wednesday night (DIG) that allows students to study the scripture and play an active role in the development of TGIF (Friday Night Fellowship), and WAKE UP! (Sunday Morning Praise and Message) programs. A “sneak preview” of WAKE UP! is provided on Friday night during the TGIF fellowship time, and the keynote and lesson is communicated during WAKE UP! on Sunday mornings. In addition, the program offers multiple opportunities for mission and conference activities.
